The International Journal of Management, Leadership and Productivity Development (IJMLPD) is an open-access, bi-annual, double-blind, peer-review journal. IJMLPD's mission is to publish outstanding and well-researched works in the fields of management, leadership and productivity development.
The journal publishes two issues every year. It aims to publish current and well-researched findings in the fields of management, leadership and productivity for businesses within the African and global terrains.
The journal aims to loosen the intricacy behind the important trifecta of Management, Leadership, and Productivity Development by examining critical subjects that will further the understanding of and generate ideas for better management, leadership, and productivity in organizations.
